With 10+ years of industry experience, our team has strong judgment on compliance boundaries — and consults external legal counsel whenever we can't fully assess a situation ourselves, keeping clients informed of any risk throughout.

保密机制Confidentiality safeguards

信息保密：仅对接人员知情，内部以无关联壳公司代指客户Information secrecy: only the client contact is briefed; internally we refer to clients via an unrelated shell name
往来保密：专职同事处理合同与财务往来，可接受海外账户支付Financial secrecy: dedicated staff handle contracts/payments; overseas account payment accepted
专人对接：项目执行同事不向其他同事披露项目内容与进展Dedicated handling: project staff don't disclose details to colleagues outside the project
资料保密：可通过加密云盘传送报告，设置链接有效期与查阅记录Document secrecy: encrypted cloud delivery with expiry links and access logs
沟通保密：使用第三方会议软件沟通，不暴露客户信息Communication secrecy: third-party conferencing tools that don't expose client identity
保密培训：入职、离职及每季度定期开展保密培训Confidentiality training: at onboarding, offboarding, and every quarter

Legal Basis 佑信咨询取得涉外调查许可证、美国背景调查协会（PBSA）成员、中国科技咨询协会注册单位会员等相关资质，我们依法依规开展各项工作。当我们自身无法充分判断项目合规边界时，会主动咨询外部法律团队进行进一步判断，确保客户始终掌握项目中的合规状态。Resolve holds a Foreign-Related Investigation License, PBSA membership, and CATCC registered-member status, and operates strictly within the law. Where a compliance boundary is unclear, we proactively consult external legal counsel — keeping clients informed at every step.
